1. Introduction
The Zovrah platform, including its applications, insights, reports, recommendations, tracking tools, and related content (the "Service"), is provided by ZOVRAH UK LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16660258).
This Health & Wellness Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Billing Policy. It explains what the Service is and is not, and how you should and should not rely on it. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits your statutory rights or limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (see section 12).
2. Wellness Product, Not a Medical Device
Zovrah is a wellness and behavioural-insight product. It is not a medical device, not a medical provider, and not a substitute for professional medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, monitor, predict, or cure any disease or medical condition.
The Service is intended only for general informational and educational purposes and for self-reflection and lifestyle awareness. Scores, insights, recommendations, and any practitioner report are reflective guidance and a conversation aid only; they are not clinical or therapeutic advice and must not be interpreted as such.
3. Nature of the Service
The Service works from information you provide and from your behavioural reflection. It includes self-reported logging of areas such as sleep, stress, nutrition, mood, and lifestyle behaviours; insights generated using algorithmic and third-party AI systems that analyse patterns in the data you provide; readiness and behavioural indicators intended to help you interpret trends and possible influences on your wellbeing; and generalised, non-personalised suggestions relating to habits, routines, and supplements based on broad wellbeing principles and your inputs.
4. No Medical Advice
Zovrah does not provide medical advice. All insights, recommendations, and reports are non-clinical and must not be relied upon for medical decisions. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decision, and you are responsible for how you interpret and act upon information provided by the Service.
5. AI and Insight Limitations
You acknowledge that insights are based on self-reported data, which may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subjective; that outputs are probabilistic and based on patterns, not certainty or diagnosis; that AI systems cannot fully interpret your individual health, medical history, or complex behaviour; and that outputs may be incorrect, out of date, or misapplied if taken out of context. Zovrah does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of insights, or any particular health or wellbeing outcome.
6. Accuracy of Your Data
The Service relies on the information you provide and does not verify or validate it for medical accuracy. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading inputs will directly affect the quality and reliability of the insights you receive. This section does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (see section 12).
7. Supplements and Nutrition
Any information or suggestions relating to supplements and nutrition are generalised only, are not personalised medical advice, and may not be suitable for you. Supplements and dietary changes can interact with medications, pre-existing conditions, allergies, and sensitivities. You are responsible for verifying appropriate dosage, safety, and suitability, and you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any supplement or nutrition routine. Zovrah does not guarantee the safety, effectiveness, or suitability of any supplement or dietary suggestion.
In particular, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under medical care, take prescription or other medication, or live with a pre-existing physical or mental health condition (including any eating-related condition), please speak with a qualified professional before acting on any nutrition, supplement, or behavioural suggestion from the Service.
8. Behavioural and Lifestyle Changes
Adjusting habits around sleep, nutrition, stress, or daily routines affects people differently, and changes can sometimes have unintended effects such as fatigue, digestive changes, changes in mood, or disruption to your routine. Please pay attention to how you feel, make changes gradually where you can, and if you experience adverse effects, stop and seek advice from a qualified professional.
9. If You Feel Unwell or Distressed
Your wellbeing comes first. If you experience physical symptoms (for example dizziness, pain, or an allergic reaction), psychological distress (for example anxiety, low mood, or emotional difficulty), or any unexpected or worsening condition while using the Service, please stop using it and seek help from a qualified healthcare professional. The Service does not and cannot monitor your health in real time, and it is not a way to obtain urgent help.
10. Not for Emergencies or Crisis
The Service is not designed for emergencies. It does not detect or respond to urgent health conditions and does not provide crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a crisis — for example chest pain, difficulty breathing, a severe reaction, or thoughts of suicide or self-harm — please contact your local emergency services immediately. You deserve support from a real person: please also reach out to your local crisis or mental-health support service and to a trusted healthcare professional or someone you trust. Please do not rely on the Service in these situations.
11. Adults Only
The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed to, intended for, or suitable for anyone under 18, and we do not provide paediatric, adolescent, or developmental health guidance.
12. Responsibility and Liability
You are responsible for your own health decisions and for how you interpret and act on the Service.
This Disclaimer does not exclude or limit, and nothing in it should be read as excluding or limiting, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales or, where you are a consumer, under the mandatory law of your country of residence. It is not a release or waiver of liability, and it does not require you to assume risks that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.
Subject to the above, our liability in connection with the Service is governed by, and limited as set out in, the Limitation of Liability section of the Terms of Use. This Disclaimer is intended to set expectations and allocate responsibility for your own health decisions; it does not reduce your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Zovrah makes no guarantee of any improvement in health or wellbeing, of the accuracy of predictions or insights, or of the effectiveness of any recommendation. Results vary significantly between individuals.
14. Acknowledgement
By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer, that the Service is informational and reflective only and is not medical advice, and that you will seek professional advice where appropriate. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
