Zovrah appoints former L'Oréal Marketing Director Parvathi Nair as Executive Advisor

Zovrah, the reflection-led health and behaviour-change platform, has appointed Parvathi Nair as Executive Advisor. Nair will work alongside founder and CEO Josh Edwards on brand direction, consumer positioning and go-to-market strategy as the company prepares for its next phase of expansion.

Nair brings over a decade of consumer brand experience. In her previous management roles at P&G and L'Oreal she helped scale global brands like Olay, Pantene, SK-II, Vichy and Wella. Her experience spans the tech industry having worked at Meta on the Unilever business. She also worked on strategy projects at McKinsey & Company, Burberry & Estee Lauder. Most recently, she serves as consultant to small and medium businesses. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Speaking on the appointment, Josh Edwards, Founder and CEO of Zovrah, said:

"Parvathi has done the hard, unglamorous work of growing consumer brands from the inside - uncovering the most meaningful consumer insights, launching new product lines, acquiring loyal customers, building credibility with key influencers and repositioning brands in categories that don't reward shortcuts. That's the work ahead of us. Her judgement on what's genuinely brand-building versus what's noise is going to matter enormously as we scale."

Nair said her decision to join was shaped by Zovrah's product thesis - that data alone does not change behaviour.

"There are dozens of apps that tell you how badly you slept. Very few of them go beyond the diagnostics to evolve into a habit-changing partner that you can rely on." said Nair. "What drew me to Zovrah is the insight that the business is based on: that to truly solve a problem behaviour change is required, and the ownership of this change rests with the user, not the device. Zovrah's team has resisted the obvious path - more sensors, more metrics - in favour of something harder: getting people to reflect honestly on what they are actually feeling and experiencing on a day-to-day basis. When true reflection happens, true improvement happens. That's the bet worth making in this category."

Zovrah's platform is organised around three pillars - sleep, stress and nutrition - and built on a daily reflection loop. Users complete short structured check-ins, receive personalised guidance from Kairo, the company's in-app AI coach, and earn cash rewards for consistent engagement. The rewards mechanic, which pays users in real money rather than points or badges, is one of the more distinctive features in the consumer wellbeing category.

Nair's appointment continues the build-out of Zovrah's advisory bench across brand, health and consumer strategy as the company moves toward wider consumer and corporate adoption.
